Occupational health services help maintain work ability, reduce work-related health risks, and prevent health-related absence from work.
What does the examination include?
During the health examination, our occupational health team assesses the employee’s health based on the workplace risk assessment and the duties of the position. We carry out any necessary examinations and provide personalised recommendations.
The employer receives a doctor-signed summary including:
- fitness for work,
- any restrictions,
- specific recommendations to improve the work environment and work organisation.
Add-on tests and health packages
In addition to the basic package, employers can offer additional tests and examinations, such as a cardiovascular risk assessment (ECG and blood tests) or other health packages as needed.

- Less loss of work ability and fewer disruptions — issues are identified early, before they lead to prolonged sick leave or incapacity for work.
- Clear recommendations to improve working conditions — medical feedback helps minimise risks and supports reasonable workplace adjustments.
- A stronger employer brand — preventive modules (e.g., cardiovascular risk) show employees you genuinely care about their health.
- Legal clarity — under Estonian requirements, health examinations are required when the risk assessment identifies workplace hazards (e.g., noise, vibration, chemicals, display screen work, manual handling of loads, forced postures, etc.).
