The Valvekliinik Online Appointment is suitable for all health concerns that do not require an immediate physical examination. If necessary, additional information may be requested.
- Acute illness: fever, runny or blocked nose, cough or other viral infection symptoms
- Children’s health concerns: acute illness, fever, rashes, eye infections, etc
- Sick leave or caregiver’s leave issuance
- Eye problems, skin rashes, insect bites
- Urinary issues: painful or frequent urination, burning sensation, lower back and/or abdominal pain
- Digestive issues: diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting
- Allergies: runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, itchy eyes and nose, red and itchy eyes
- Sexual health and suspected sexually transmitted infections
- Mental health concerns
Repeat prescription renewal for previously diagnosed chronic conditions. Online consultations do not provide prescriptions for sleep medications, sedatives, or strong painkillers
How to use the Valvekliinik Online Appointment service?
- Access the online chat on the Valvekliinik´s website (Link/Nupp).There is no need to download a separate application.
- Start the chat. You will be asked to select the service you need:
- Consultation with a healthcare professional – for yourself or a child
- Renewal of repeat prescriptions for chronic conditions
- Information about Valvekliinik´s services and available appointment times
- Verify your identity using Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.
- Make the payment via payment link provided.
- The consultation can begin once the payment has been received.

- During the consultation, one health issue can be addressed.
- All consultations are recorded in the Health Portal (www.terviseportaal.ee).
