A prior appointment is not a prerequisite for getting help. If you have a problem that needs urgent attention from an experienced doctor, you may just visit us without a prior appointment from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. weekdays and 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. Saturdays. We will do our best to make sure that no patient will have to wait for more than 30 minutes for a doctor’s appointment. Please note: If you miss your gynaecologist, paediatrician appointments or mental health specialist appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the clinic reserves the right to charge 50% of the visit fee.

The main purpose of booking an appointment is to speed up offering the service on site. If we know who is coming and with what kind of problem, the procedures at registration take less time and we can focus on finding the best cure.
