Kerttu Randmaa has worked as a school psychologist in the Kivimäe Elementary School (2018-2020) and is working as the school psychologist at the Tallinn European School since 2021. She specialised in working with children and adolescents.

Kerttu is taking part in the 2022/23 school psychologist professional development year and she is working on her speciality knowledge with a supervisor. She has gone through an introductory course in cognitive-behavioural therapy, training in motivating interviewing, and a short training in skills learning. Currently, she is going through training in the introduction to family psychology and family therapy. Kerttu is part of the Estonian Association of School Psychologists.
